Our signature vegan pho is the heart of Lime & Leaf, a true Vietnamese artisanal restaurant in the heart of Oslo. The broth simmers for hours on fresh carrots, apples, pears and root vegetables, providing a naturally deep and fruity umami without any meat or artificial flavor enhancers.
Each bowl is filled with tender rice noodles, juicy tofu, oyster mushrooms, vegan meatballs and our own signature homemade plant-based meat. Topped with red onion, coriander, chili, Thai basil and lime. Comfort food at its best.

Banh Mi
Vietnam's most beloved sandwich, 100% vegan. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of authentic Vietnamese flavor in every bite. Fresh baguette filled with creamy vegan mayonnaise and our rich, homemade pate chay.
On top we add vegan Chả Lụa and our signature plant meat, along with pickled carrots, cucumber, fresh coriander and herbs. Finally our homemade sauce. Pure street food delight, straight from Saigon to Fredensborgveien.
